Update going into Sunday

Cleaned up electrical and worked on one section of the water damaged floor.

Floors out

But some water damage to deal with

Subfloor done part I

First floor completely removed about to start sub-subfloor

End of day 1 bathroom demo

Removed toilet
Removed vanity
Removed final wall
Got 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch cement board.

Hi lights were having to go back to HD to get $ plug for toilet hole and having to cut toilet bolts with reciprocating saw.

Tomorrow will remove the short wall and rip out the floor.

Weekend update

Almost finished (I feel like I've been saying that for weeks now). Just a small bit of painting and touch up work left. We finished most of the remaining painting including the downstairs closet and moved the tv and media stand to the family room.

Demo started on bathroom

Removed tile and wall for one wall

Window trim done

Nothing left now except painting
